Courtesy Runners
01Teams MAY designate up to 3 Courtesy Runners (), The Catcher with 2 outs.
02Courtesy Runners must be the LAST RECORDED OUT. If the last recorded out is a Non Runner, then the previous recorded out shall run.
03There is no limit to the number of times the last recorded out can run.
04Courtesy Runners running for Non Runners MAY NOT STEAL (including for the Catcher).
05Courtesy Runner may take a normal lead but must wait for the ball to 1) Be hit, 2) Strike the ground BEFORE advancing.
06Any attempt to pick off a Courtesy Runner at 1B only will result in the liberation of the runner, making them eligible to now retreat, or advance bases. <b><font color="#f31212">ON THAT ATTEMPT ONLY!! </font> Once the play is over, the standard Courtesy Runner rules are in effect.</b><br><b>On 3-2 counts, with 2 outs, Courtesy Runners may run on the pitch.</b>
07Once a Non Runner has been declared before game time. That player may opt to run for themselves <font color="#e41b1b">WITHOUT</font> losing the N/R privilege. (often due to the last recorded out not being available to run i.e. 2 out catcher rule).

Defensive Shifts
01Infielders must remain on the infield at the time of the pitch. <b>Once the ball hits the outfield grass (Non Runner/Batter), that batter is awarded 1B. Force plays remain in effect.</b>
02Infielders may range into the outfield to make any play they are able to.

Rosters & Age
01There is no limit to the number of players a team can roster.
02Age limits: Each team is permitted to carry up to 3 players who are 45 years of age and up. <b>Please designate under 50 players with an asterisk by their last name.</b>
03Those 3 players aged 45+ are NOT permitted to pitch or catch. We currently have <b>1 </b>player "Grandfathered" in. (Osorio)
04Players may be added at any time <b>up until the last 4 games of the season. Players added after that deadline are considered Pool Players and are ineligible for playoffs. Seasonal Insurance fee must also be paid.</b><div><b><font color="#d12323">Players do NOT have to appear on a team's roster prior to participation. </font></b></div><div><b><font color="#222020">They may be added later when the box scores are submitted. Playoff eligibility rules apply.</font></b></div>

Registration & Playoff Eligibility
01All players must pay a $50 registration fee to be eligible for the season.<div>Game fees are to cover the cost of the field and umpires. Game fees can vary depending on the number of players present that day. The average is $20-30 per player.</div><div><b>50's players that are 60+ may choose to participate in the Boomers Division. </b></div><div><b>These players' insurance is covered by paying the seasonal $50. fee.</b></div><div><b>50's divisional players that participate in the Boomers division are charged only $10. (to cover the field/umpire). Preferably, this is paid via Zelle or Venmo.</b></div>
02Players must pay their $50 registration fee AND appear in a minimum of 4 regular season games to qualify for playoff eligibility.
03Game appearances are tracked from official box scores submitted after each game.
04It is the responsibility of each player to ensure their fee is paid before the playoff cutoff date.
05Players who have not met both requirements (payment + 4 game appearances) will not be eligible for postseason play.
06Medical exemptions may be granted at the discretion of the league commissioner.
07Contact your team captain or the league commissioner with any questions about eligibility status.
